Real Estate Movers Ltd has been on the market since January 2012. Since then, we have relocated many Canadian families across the country. Don’t take our word for it! Check our customers' reviews on HomeStars.com, Google, or Facebook. We are also proud to be a BBB A+ member and a CAM member!
This is the first and very important stage of the whole move, as the quality of it determines whether your items will arrive at the new house damaged or intact. When moving to Toronto from Vancouver, we spend extra time wrapping and packing all items professionally to avoid damages. Using different kinds of protective supplies, we ensure all items arrive in one piece.
Following packing, the loading stage takes place. Before even starting the loading process, our Vancouver to Toronto movers will roll out floor runners and take the bulky furniture apart. Our moving team will wrap literally every piece of furniture. The driver will prioritize the sequence of the loading process and direct his crew.
After the trailer is loaded, the driver receives instructions on which route to choose when moving from Vancouver to Toronto. He knows in advance where to refuel, where to stay for the night, and what time to arrive at the destination. If there are any delays, the driver will always update the customer.
Our Vancouver to Toronto movers will arrange for the unloading in Toronto. Before the unloading starts, the moving crew will roll out the floor runners to protect the flooring and will set the walk-up ramps both on the trailer and the porch. The customer or their representative should be present to instruct the crew on where and what to put. The furniture is assembled, and the paperwork is signed.
Very often, our customers request a full unpacking service. We do this service, provided the customer is present and directs the crew. Going room by room, emptying the boxes, and putting the contents into the right spots, the crew finishes the service. After the job is done, the empty boxes are removed from the house and disposed of at the closest landfill.
If you don’t have a direct move and need storage, contact our office, and we’ll find an option that fits you best. For those who need very short-term storage for up to a week, we have an option called SIV (storage in vehicle). With this option, we don’t unload your belongings into a warehouse, as they stay packed in the trailer until you take possession.
